Combination of very friendly, very knowledgeable and very professional people on the medical side. I am fascinated that the age-rage on offer in the Feedback boxes goes from none to 150.

Very caring nurse, listened to all my mental and physical health problems and gave very useful guidance to help me deal with the stress I am dealing with. Listened to me attentively and was very pleasant. These people obviously care a lot about the well-being of students and I find this very important. Would recommend for any issue you may have, even if you may find it not important, someone is there to help.

The doctors here completely exceeded expectations and are the sole reasons i've remained at this practice. I've seen two doctors and both listened intently and subsequently gave great care. The nurses can, sometimes, seem judgemental but after a while seem to warm up a bit. It is hard at times to get an appointment, and the nurses often have the habit of saying 'one problem per time' which, although is understandable, can be hard to attain when its difficult to get an appointment in the first place. My main concern here is the receptionists. Every time I go they seem to be over involved, mistrusting and patronising. They often don't believe me or listen to me when I repeat what the nurse and/or doctor have told me regarding follow up appointments or on-going issues. They seem to be generally uncaring towards patients, and sometimes even embarrass them. It really cannot be an acceptable standard of care in a place which mains function is to give care.
